1. Eligibility

  • By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is true and that you are using the platform for genuine personal connection and emotional well-being.

2. Nature of the Platform

  • Swipe Up connects individuals seeking love, friendship, companionship, or emotional support.
  • It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological care.
  • The AI Healing Companion offers empathetic conversation and support but does not provide medical advice or therapy.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, or use hate speech against others.
  • Create fake or misleading profiles (impersonation).
  • Upload illegal, obscene, explicit, or harmful content.
  • Engage in scams, spam, solicitation, or fraudulent activity.
  • Violate another user’s privacy, consent, or personal safety.

Swipe Up reserves the right to investigate reports and to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate community standards. Enforcement actions may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

4. Privacy & Security

We take data protection seriously. Key points:

  • We do not sell, trade, or otherwise misuse your personal information.

6. AI & Emotional Features

Our AI Companion and Healing features are intended to offer emotional support; they are not a replacement for clinical treatment. If you are experiencing an emergency or serious mental health crisis, contact local professional services immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
